1. Right of Withdrawal
(14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
At Urban Drawing, customer satisfaction is our priority. Under Dutch and EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This period starts on the day you, or a third party (other than the carrier), receive the product.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
- Inform us of your decision to return the product within 14 days of receipt. You can do this by emailing urbandrawingartist@gmail.com.
- Return the product unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or does not match your order.
2. Return Procedure

- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will refund your payment within 14 days using the same method you used for your purchase.
3. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.
- Products that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
- Hygienic products that have been opened after delivery.
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
