Nieuwmarkt

Nieuwmarkt is a square in a Amsterdam city centre neighbourhood which is called Lastage. It’s part of Amsterdam’s chinatown and it borders the Wallen (red light district).

The Nieuwmarkt (New Market) square was created in the early 17th century and was used as aa marketplace. Today there are still weekly markets, the biological farmer’s market every Saturday.

In the middle of the square stands a building called as the Waag. It originally was a medieval gate when the city was still walled. Later  it was converted into a weighing house after the walls were torn down in the 17th century.

Our wooden frames are crafted from durable pine wood. The premium frames are made from responsibly sourced oak or ash that feature unique wood grains for added character.

Wooden frames:

• Frame Measurements: 20-25mm (0.79″-0.98″) thick, 10-14mm (0.4″-0.6″) wide.

Premium wooden frames:

• Frame Material: Responsibly sourced oak and ash wood.
• Frame Measurements: 20mm (0.79″) thick and wide, wider than the classic 14mm (0.55″) frame.

Premium Matte Paper Poster

Our premium matte paper is heavier-weight, white, and features a smooth, uncoated finish that feels luxuriously soft to the touch:
